Sleep and Heart Disease & Diabetes

When we think of a good night sleep, we probably aren't really thinking about protecting the health of our hearts, but that is exactly what a good nights kip can actually do. In fact, a lack of sleep has been shown to increase the potential risk of both Heart Disease and Type II Diabetes. 🤯

Everyone goes nuts for getting in shape for summer, but wouldn't it be amazing if your summer body was just your body.... and it took very little effort to drop a few inches?
