Can Christmas Be Healthy?

Every year, I hear all about people plans to eat chocolates, Christmas pudding and cake, trifles and custard, mince pies and brandy butter, whilst drinking an obscene amount of alcohol…..
Yep, Christmas is coming & the goose is getting fat… But that doesn’t mean that you have to as well!

Christmas may be a time for giving and receiving, but it is only TWO days, although the way society has gone, Christmas starts hitting the shops in October…. Personally, I think that kinda ruins Halloween and Guy Fawkes, but hey that’s just my opinion…. what ever happened to penny for the guy anyway, or does that just show my age?

Anyway, Christmas is a great time of year, I love Christmas, decorating the tree, buying and wrapping presents, the family getting together and all the joy and love that surrounds the festive holidays. Not to mention a few days off work and afternoon naps on the sofa… LOVE IT!

Anyway, I thought I would share a quick, simple, short and very sweet blog to help you satiate your sweet tooth this chrimbo, without wrecking all of the effort that you have put in up until now.

So, here are four christmassy recipes, with a healthier twist. Let me know how you get on with them….. πŸŽ„πŸŽ…πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»
